Pink Floyd are auctioning a unique signed guitar for charity.
The Fender Stratocaster instrument was decorated by Gerald Scarfe, who designed the infamous pictures on the cover of the band's revolutionary record 'The Wall', and is signed by band members including legendary guitarist David Gilmour.
Gilmour is synonymous with the Fender Stratocaster, having created his signature sound with the guitar. The instrument will also come with Edition Number 001 of a 300 limited edition box set of eight prints from 'The Wall', each of which are individually signed by Scarfe.
Funds raised from the auction on www.buyoncegivetwice.co.uk will go towards Crisis, the UK charity for single homeless people.
Other items in the auction include a signed cymbal from the charity's supergroup single 'Consequences' – which features Blur, The Smiths, Babyshambles, The Enemy, Supergrass, Reverend And The Makers and New Young Pony Club – and a deckchair printed with an infamous picture of The Who guitarist Pete Townshend.
The chair is also signed by Blur guitarist Graham Coxon.
