Plan B has said he doesn't fancy his chances of breaking American because he's “not prepared to suck c*ck”.
Th rapper-turned-singer won three awards at the Ivor Novello Awards in London yesterday (May 19), including the prestigious Best Album prize.
But Plan B – real name Ben Drew – said he didn't think he'd be able to achieve the same level of success across the atlantic.
“I’m too white for the black radio stations and I’m too black for white radio stations so nobody knows where to place me,” he told the Metro.
“It just seems to be a lot of c*ck sucking that has to go on in order to get your music to get played to the masses and I’m just not prepared to suck c*ck really.”
Other winners at the Ivor Novello Awards included Tinie Tempah and Dizzee Rascal. You can see photos below.
