Plan B has said he would like to forge an acting career like Daniel Day-Lewis.
The rapper-turned-singer, who starred in Harry Brown, said the My Left Foot star was “the greatest actor alive right now” and a huge inspiration.
"I would like to immerse myself in one role like that,” Plan B told The Sun. “I could do it if I found the right job but would have to give up the music and directing."
The musician – real name Ben Drew – is currently putting the finishes touches to his directorial debut, Ill Manors.
The film, which Gigwise exclusively revealed details about in March, will be accompanied by an album called 'The Ballad Of Belmarsh'.
