REO Speedwagon has committed to a flood relief show to help raise much-needed funds for the people of Iowa.
The show 'Ridin' the Storm Out – Floods of 2008 Relief Concert', will be held at Prairie Meadows in Polk Country, Iowa on July 16th.
100% of the money raised from the event will go to the Greater Des Moines Community Foundation, to directly help victims in Polk County.
REO Speedwagon hits include the classics 'Keep On Loving You', 'Can't Fight This Feeling' and 'Take It On The Run'.
Their 'Hi Infidelity' album is one of the best-selling albums of all-time, clocking up sales of more than 10 million in the USA alone.
Their most recent album 'Find Your Own Way Home' is their first studio album in 11 years.
Tickets for the Floods of 2008 Relief Concert' will go on sale for $20 this Wednesday, July 2 at 1oam through Ticketmaster.
