Overview
While there is no official confirmation, the site RumorFix.com is reporting that Richie Sambora has been officially fired from Bon Jovi for the rest of their world tour.
Sambora left the tour early on, claiming that it was for a "personal matter" but, over the months, both Richie and Jon Bon Jovi have made comments that could be interpreted as there being a much deeper problem.
According to a source that talked to RumorFix, much of the problem is money. Sambora was due to make $2 million per month plus 20% take on the show's profits. Philip "Phil X" Xenidis, who replaced Richie for the tour, is reportedly making $10,000 per month.
The source went on to say that Sambora was "really upset" over the latest development as he was itching to get back on stage.
