Rihanna and Leonardo DiCaprio are apparently not far off being "exclusive".
The showbiz pair first set tongues wagging more than a year ago, but talk of a romance seemed to cool after Leonardo ramped up his campaign to win his first Oscar. He went home victorious at February's (16) Academy Awards, taking home a gong for The Revenant. During his Oscars push it was reported the 41-year-old actor was keen not to be seen as a playboy, and is even said to have used a French privacy law to stop photos of him and Rihanna allegedly kissing being printed.
However the pair seemed to be back to their old ways at Coachella Festival recently, when they were spotted looking cosy in each other's company.
"They're not exclusive yet but they're a lot more serious than they were," an insider told Britain's Grazia magazine. "The fact they were so open shows just how far they've come."
Rihanna, 28, and Leonardo partied at the festival's Neon Carnival, with onlookers commenting they appeared inseparable. According to sources they arrived separately, but Rihanna was quickly escorted to Leonardo's booth.
"There is clearly a lot of chemistry between them," the insider said. "When the DJ played (Rihanna's track) Work they were fooling around and being very tactile. They kept whispering in each other's ears. They just had natural chemistry. It was like old lovers meeting."
Both Rihanna and Leonardo are known for their high profile romances, with the singer previously dating Drake and Chris Brown. The latter violently assaulted her in 2009, but Rihanna continued an on-off romance with him for several years.
Leonardo is more used to dating models, and classes stunning beauties Gisele Bundchen, Bar Refaeli and Toni Garrn as exes.
