Blues Hall of Fame to induct Robert Cray, John Hammond, Denise LaSalle and more.
The Blues Foundation has announced their 2011 inductees into the Blues Hall of Fame, including such greats as Robert Cray, Albert Hammond and Denise LaSalle.
The honors will be presented on May 4 at the induction ceremony, the day before the 32nd annual Blues Music Awards, at the Memphis Marriott Downtown in Memphis, TN.
Members are inducted in five separate categories: Performers, Non-Performers, Classics of Blues Literature, Classics of Blues Recordings (Songs) and Classics of Blues Recordings (Albums).
