The actor, who plays saturnine vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight series, told Elle: 'I never got that 'brooding' thing. I've had about enough of that.'
The Twilight Saga: New Moon director Chris Weitz recently called Pattinson 'a weirdo, in the best sense', and the British actor agreed that it was probably a fair comment.
'I guess I used to be weirder,' he said. 'When you're confronted with yourself too much you start to think, 'Jesus Christ, you're so f**king boring'. I talk about myself too much now.'
