Robert Pattinson: `I have plenty of insecurities`

The Twilight heartthrob said that he questions his acting skills constantly and said that his fame has made him feel 'sick at the sight' of himself.

'You have to confront your insecurities quite a lot, and I have plenty, plenty of insecurities,' he told MTV News.

'Even more [now]. Before, you could kind of bullsh** yourself all the time.

'If no one cares about you, you can be like, 'I'm the greatest person in the whole world. You can be completely delusional.'

'I'm getting older as well,' the 25-year-old joked. 'I'm almost 50.'
