Overview
The 25-year-old Twilight star recently sat down for an interview with MTV News along with his co-stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner.
Asked how they prepare for the shirtless scenes, Stewart said: 'No M&M's!'
Pattinson then added: 'Yeah, I didn't eat any candy and I didn't drink any beer for a while. I went kind of nuts. Me and Kristen went nuts working out, because we hadn't worked out for any of [the previous films].'
Pattinson then spotted a photo of his own shirtless body next to a photo of Lautner's body.
He said: 'This is so unfair doing a comparison. Everyone says I painted on my abs in [New Moon] - I did not! Taylor has his painted on too!'
Lautner added: 'What? What are you talking about? I don't understand this.'
