Stewart, 65, is set to become a dad for the eighth time next year as his wife Penny Lancaster, 39, is pregnant with their second child, a boy.
The singer admitted that he is sure many people make love to his tracks.
He said to Parade.com: 'Well... I think maybe there could've been a few children conceived to Tonight's the Night.'
However he is not a fan of music himself while in the bedroom.
He said: 'I tend not to put music on when making love because I need to concentrate. You'd think I'd have gotten it right by now, with seven children [and another on the way], wouldn't you?'
