Rod Stewart is getting married again.
Stewart got down on one knee and proposed to Penny Lancaster, his girlfriend of five and a half years, while at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Stewart is 60, Lancaster is 33. Stewart says in a statement he let the relationship go this long because he "wanted to get it right this time." He says he's never been happier or more in love than he is today. This will be Stewart's third marriage. The couple will marry later this year, according to his record label. Lancaster's agent, Nicholas Young, says the couple will make wedding plans once Stewart's divorce from Rachel Hunter is finalized.
