East London locals topped the UK singles and album chart this week.
Roll Deep featuring Jodie Connor had the number one single with 'Good Times' while over on the album chart their neighbours Plan B had the number one album 'The Defamation of Strickland Banks'.
According to the Official Charts Company, Roll Deep were figureheads of the nascent grime scene of 2005. They had two UK hits in 2005. 'The Avenue' reached no. 11 and 'Shake A Leg' reached no. 24.
