Ronnie Wood has revealed that he helped raise Mark Ronson when he was younger.
The guitarist, who is set to present his own TV show on Sky1, said spent a great deal of time with the DJ when he was growing up.
'I helped raise him! Me and his dad Laurence used to stay up late round at Laurence's house and this little kid would be on the stairs. We'd be playing music and getting high and the little kid would clocking it, and it was little Mark,' Ronnie told the Independent.
Years on down the road there was this huge star, good-looking guy, and it turned out to be little Mark! 'Come and sit on my lap', it used to be.'
Meanwhile, Wood recently hinted that the band are on 'the verge' of booking a tour to coincide with their 50th anniversary.
There had been speculation that the group were planning a special tour for their 50th anniversary to coincide with the 2012 Olympics in London.
In an interview with the Radio Times. Wood said: "Be lovely, wouldn't it? That's what we're on the verge of.
"I dunno what the hell is gonna happen yet but we all feel we owe it to ourselves and to the people to do something."
