Talking about his new film, The Tempest, Brand admitted he likes the idea of having magical powers.
He told Etonline.com: 'If I had any magical powers, I think I'd like to [be able to] freeze and unfreeze time, like whenever I wanted, and just freeze time and walk around and do stuff.'
But Russ, 35, wants to dispel any illusions that it was magical powers that won over his new wife Katy Perry.
Brand added: 'I'm glad you asked me that, because it gives me the opportunity to dispel that [our marriage] is in any way different from any other marriage.
'I'm at work, she's at work, just like normal, except for the stuff that's all on the surface - this, frankly, bull****.'
