Russell would love to get married to the 25-year-old Californian gurl in 19th-century England.
The 35-year-old is keeping quiet about when the big day is going to be but told MTV's Seven co-host Kevin Manno it will be 'quite soon'.
Brand added: "But it's secret.
"It's in a place that's very dusty, it's in the distant past, we're going to be in a time machine - we're getting married in Victorian London!"
The Tempest star eventually admitted: "We can't get married in Victorian London, it has already happened, it was a 100 years ago.
"But if time travel was possible, I would definitely get married in another era."
