FOX and former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin are reportedly back in business.
Palin is rejoining FOX News as a contributor, after she and the network parted ways months ago.
Fox News Chairman and CEO Roger Ailes said Palin will return on air Monday morning during the FOX & Friends program. She will also contribute to the FOX Business Network.
"I have great confidence in her and am pleased that she will once again add her commentary to our programming," Ailes said in a story posted on the Fox News website. "I hope she continues to speak her mind."
Palin said, "The power of FOX News is unparalleled. The role of FOX News in the important debates in our world is indispensable."
Palin, based on reports from the Las Vegas Review-Journal, has attacked HBO television host Bill Maher on Twitter Wednesday night, over reports he used a slur to describe her Down Syndrome afflicted son Trig while performing at the Palms Pearl Concert in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, former Las Vegas TV personality Ron Futrell was escorted out of liberal comedian Bill Maher's show at the Palms on Saturday after a heckling incident.
Futrell, an outspoken conservative known for his Twitter rants, told the Review-Journal he was offended that Maher mocked special- needs individuals by using the "r word" against Sarah Palin's special-needs son.
"I've got a son with special needs," Futrell said. "It didn't surprise me that Maher said it. It surprised me that a lot of people laughed at that joke."
Palin took to Twitter, calling Maher a "bully" and challenging him to meet her when she's in his "neck of the woods this weekend."
