Elton John is deeply impressed by Lady Gaga's positive impact on the world.
The 66-year-old music icon and his partner David Furnish made the pop singer the godmother of their two-year-old son Zachary.
Elton can't get enough of Gaga's good energy.
He believes Gaga, who is also the founder of youth charity The Born This Way Foundation, is an amazing person.
"She's a great role model, she's young, [and] she's been a great godmother to Zachary," John gushed to Extra.
"We're all bonkers in this business, but we're human beings at the same time."
Elton and David welcomed their second son Elijah via surrogate in January.
He is constantly inspired by fatherhood and loves having morning "tubby time" with his tots.
"I love getting up in the morning and having breakfast with Zachary," Elton gushed. "Everything I thought I would find annoying about having children, like screaming and shouting and tantrums...I don't find any of it annoying. I find it all enchanting."
Lady Gaga spoke previously about how much she relishes her role as godmother.
She loves pampering her godson.
"Zachary's so beautiful. I could not see a happier family than I see in them. I gave him a bath the other day," the singer gushed.
"We have this sweet little boat for pouring water to rinse soap off Zachary and as I'm pouring, Elton is singing Tiny Dancer and I'm thinking, 'This kid has no clue that his father is such a legend'."
