Ahead of his performance on Saturday Night Live, McCartney appeared on chat show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and performed an original version of his classic track Yesterday.
The lyrics, to the tune of Yesterday, went: 'Scrambled eggs, oh my baby how I love your legs, not as much as I love scrambled eggs/ Oh we should eat some scrambled eggs.
'Waffle fries, oh my darling how I love your thighs, not as much as I love waffle fries, oh have you tried the waffle fries/ They... are... so damned good that they should be illegal.'
Fallon started the new verse 'chicken wings' but McCartney reminded him he is a vegetarian.
He then started the next verse and went: 'Tofu wings, oh my baby when I hear you sing, all I think about is tofu wings, oh did you bring the tofu wings.
'There's... a... place I know where I go for kick-ass wings, we could even get a side of onion rings.'
Earlier this year, McCartney performed at the White House for US president Barack Obama after he was presented with the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.
Speaking about the US president, McCartney said: 'I love him, I'm a big fan anyway it was just such an honour. I've never been to the White House, I've never met an incumbent president. No one ever asked me.'
He added: 'But you know to go and meet him, and he's such a dude. He's a nice man, he's a great guy to be in the presence of.'
