Snow Patrol star Tom Simpson will appear in court after being arrested at the weekend.
The keyboard player was held by police on Saturday after failing to turn up for a Glasgow court appearance on drug charges.
Police made the arrest after he had played with Snow Patrol at the Live Earth concert at Wembley Stadium.
And it came hours ahead of the band's headline show at the T in the Park festival in Perthshire.
Simpson, 35, from Monifieth, Angus, missed the Oxygen festival in Ireland but was released from Uxbridge Police Station in Middlesex in time to appear at T in the Park.
He will appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court in connection with drugs offences.
The Grammy-nominated group headlined on the main stage at the festival on Sunday to a rapturous response.
It marked the fifth time the Glasgow-based band, who formed at Dundee University, have played T in the Park, first starting out on the unsigned stage.document.write(unescape("
