Steve-O performs eye-watering Jackass stunt on TV show

The Jackass star, promoting the team's latest movie, this time in 3D, appeared on Jay Leno's chat show wearing just underpants, a baseball cap and socks.

"This contraption right here is lined up right with the family jewels," Steve-O said, leading to gasps of horror from the audience at the revolving arm connected to a baseball about to be hit by Chris Pontius.

Asked if he was wearing protection there, Steve-O quipped: "I'm not wearing a cup Jay, and I'd be happy to prove that..."

The bet was for Steve-O to be able to stay on his feet - but unsurprisingly he dropped to his knees as the ball smashed into his most sensitive area.

He was not the only Jackass star on - after him Bam Margera tried to hang on to a fake baby while skateboarding into a rope that hit his throat. He also instead went crashing to the ground.

The only successful member of the crew was Wee-Man - who managed to kick an egg that was tied to his head, even if it did take three attempts.
