Stone Temple Pilots will release an EP with their new lead singer Chester Bennington of Linkin Park fame.
"We're very ambitious about the future of making music," said STP's Robert DeLeo. "The process and intention of creating it is so much more gratifying."
Stone Temple Pilots will debut new music when they head out on a US tour starting in September in Bethlehem, PA. "We've been writing new material and visiting songs from our early albums," says Robert. " It all feels new again and we're excited to get out and play a solid set of songs both old and new."
Stone Temple Pilots made their live debut with Chester Bennington at KROQ's Weenie Roast in May.
To release the EP Stone Temple Pilots have founded their own label ADA (Alternative Distribution Alliance). The EP will be released before the tour.
