When Susan, 50, checked into the hotel last week, she saw some members of staff laughing, and assumed they were making fun of her.
According to British newspaper The Sun, she then gave a couple of them a piece of her mind after getting the wrong end of the stick.
A source close to the star told the publication: 'Susan wasn't very happy. She walked into the hotel lobby and thought one of the members of staff was making jokes about her, so she got quite upset.
'She wanted to know what she had done and why they were laughing at her. In the end they had to get up and walk away.
'But anyone would get upset if they thought someone was laughing at them.'
