SUSAN BOYLE has reportedly lined up a number of US concerts just before the release of her debut album later this year.
According to Scottish newspaper the Daily Record, the Britain's Got Talent runner-up will play a series of public events.
A source said: "We are really pleased with how she is doing and the album is now well on the way to being finished.
"Susan will be flying over to America in November to give her fans a treat for Thanksgiving. The plan is for an LP to be out before the end of the year."
They added: "It will be the first time she has sung live in America and, despite the pressure, Susan still loves singing and can't wait.
"Initially, there were plans for a single but now it seems to be all about an album. Some of Simon [Cowell]'s other acts like Il Divo don't bother with singles and so Susan will probably follow the same plan."
Cowell said Boyle's album will "surprise a lot of people".
