Actor Terrence Howard is in court yet again after last month's news leaked that his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, is taking him to court, claiming that the actor stiffed her out of $63,000 in spousal support.
Now, his ex-landlord is singing the same tune.
According to TMZ, the owner of a luxury apartment building in New York City is suing Howard, claiming that he owes $51, 907.85 in unpaid rent.
The landlord claims Terrence continuously fell behind in his rent on the flat, so he had him evicted back in May.
A court hearing was recently scheduled regarding the money, which was allegedly owed, but Terrence pulled a no-show. As a result, the judge presiding over the case ruled in favor of the plaintiff.
The judge has reportedly scheduled a hearing to determine exactly how much is owed.
Terrence fought it out in court last year with American Express over an unpaid credit card bill.
