The Answer summer shows

Currently ripping through Europe on a headlining tour, still buzzing from their sold out show at the Shibuya AX in Tokyo and a jaunt round Australia with Eagles of Death Metal in early March, Irish blues-rockers The Answer continue their ascent to the top with the announcement of some killer summer shows and the exciting news of an exclusive new album re release containing some brand new tracks.

The next few months will see The Answer play to over 75,000 people when they play their own headlining gigs as well as playing with rock titans The Who and UFO as well as being personally invited to support Aerosmith at their Hyde Park Calling concert. And that's not even mentioning The Answer's slot at this year's Download Festival with hair-metal bad boys Motley Crue!

In support of this summer blitz the band are set to re-release their debut album 'Rise' with an additional bonus CD on 18th June 2007. Featuring five brand new never before released tracks, the Aerosmith cover version of 'Sweet Emotion', exclusive acoustic versions, three live tracks from their show in Tokyo and five B-sides from a variety of single releases, this bonus disc re release packs a punch with 15 great new tracks.
