Following a summer of emphatic festival appearances, and a brace of lauded underground club rockers, The Black Ghosts cap off the year with an eagerly anticipated performance supporting Brazilian funkers Bonde Do Role at London's Scala on the 22nd November.
The past year has seen The Black Ghosts' ethereal Electronic Soul winning over an army of admiring fans with a quiet confidence that befits the duo's enigmatic style.
Featuring the cold, steely riffs and floor-smashing beats of the much admired Theo Keating AKA Touché, ably augmented by erstwhile Simian vocalist Simon Lord's spine-chilling vocals and shadowy tales, The Black Ghosts' supernatural sounds are deeply infectious.
With their two-man Decks, FX and vocals set-up, Touché and Simon manoeuvre through the Machiavellian grooves of their forthcoming debut album with disarming verve that the Fly have described as "a lounge Daft Punk fronted by Dave Gahan.".
With a limited edition white label single due out this side of Christmas, The Black Ghosts will be releasing their stunning debut album early in 2008.
