The Charlatans May tour

The Charlatans, who are currently on a sellout tour of Europe, have announced a twelve-date UK tour.

The tour comes in support of the Charlatans 10th studio album, You Cross My Path, which is available in its entirety as a FREE download from radio station Xfm's website from 3rd of March and from the Charlatans official site two weeks later on March 17th.

The album is also released on deluxe double CD, single CD and vinyl, through Cooking Vinyl, on May 19th.

Tickets go on sale at 9:00am on Friday 22nd February and are priced at £22.50 except for London £25.

As previously announced The Charlatans, plus guests, play Cannock Chase Forest, Near Rugeley, Staffordshire on Sunday 29th June. Tickets are £26 and are available from: 01842 814612 and online at www.forestry.gov.uk/music.

You Cross My Path is preceded by a free single download, entitled Oh! Vanity, through XFM on February 25th and The Charlatans site on March 10th. The first single from the album, also called You Cross My Path, was made available in October last year and received an overwhelming response.

You Cross My Path was recorded in Los Angeles, Ireland and the bands own studio, Big Mushroom, in Cheshire and was mixed by Alan Moulder.
