Manchester indie rockers The Courteeners yesterday popped into the Steve Harris show to play four tracks including new single 'You Overdid It Doll'.
Commenting on the new single lead singer Liam Fray said he was 'buzzin' on hearing that Liam Gallagher said they had 'gone a bit disco' on it. He went on to say that it was not representative of the album 'Falcon' which was released Monday.
An Evening With The Courteeners saw Liam in chirpy mood but nursing a bruised nose after 'falling onto a taxi' on Friday night celebrating the impending album release Liam and the boys also played 'Take Over The World', 'Will It Be This Way Forever?' and their classic 'Not Nineteen Forver'.
