The Cribs' gear stolen

The Cribs have been robbed.

The band played an admittedly chaotic last minute show at The Admiral in Glasgow recently and amidst the mania some of their gear went walkabout.

In a breaking bulletin on My Space bassist Gary made a serious appeal for the safe return of their most expensive missing items - frontman Ryan's mic and a Rogers vintage snare drum in a 2-tone blue burst finish.

He says: "We don't care about the mic, although it's still not cool to nick stuff like that off a band touring on a really small budget, BUT we are really bummed out about the snare drum. It has a lot of sentimental value, and was Ross' main snare."

He continues: "We know that it went missing from INSIDE the venue after the club checked the CCTV, and there was only 200 people in the club, so someone must know something about it. The drum had been customised and so it is very easily recognisable to us and we WANT IT BACK!"

Anyone with relevant info - or even a conscience - can message the band via My Space with no punishment but a possible reward in return.
