Sailor Jerry continues to pack a punch with its live music program, today announcing two more events for September. Sailor Jerry Presents... The Heavy will be hitting London's Old Blue Last on Wednesday 29th September immediately followed by Sailor Jerry Presents… Metronomy at Brighton's Concorde 2 on Thursday 30th September.
The Heavy, who have achieved fame on both sides of the Atlantic, will perform a set of tracks from their critically acclaimed albums Great Vengeance and Furious Fire and The House That Dirt Built. On form following a massive US tour, including an unprecedented encore performance on the Late Show with David Letterman, the band is set to be a sure hit with the 200 punters lucky enough to score a ticket.
Electro outfit, Metronomy will return to the town where they performed their first live gig back in 1999. Having supported acts such as Bloc Party, Klaxons and Justice across the UK and Europe, the four piece look forward to taking centre stage once again.
