The legendary Rough Trade label - down the years home to Arcade Fire, The Smiths, The Fall and The Strokes amongst others - have signed a licencing deal with Vagrant to release the new HOLD STEADY album in UK and Europe.
THE HOLD STEADY, one of the breakthrough acts of 2007, are still signed to Vagrant in the USA and have just completed the recording of their fourth album, the follow-up to their massively-acclaimed 'Boys & Girls In America'.
Singer Craig Finn says: "We are really excited to begin this relationship with Rough Trade. From The Smiths to the Strokes, they have consistently released music from great artists and we are honored to be a part of the roster. Rough Trade records have been part of my own collection since I started buying my own records in the early 1980s."
