The band's appearance at a concert in Albany, USA, in September has had to be cancelled after a number of 'conflicts' arose within the band.
The group have now cancelled the final 10 shows in their 45th anniversary tour and their spokesman said it was down to business reasons that the tour has been cut short.
The band members Micky Dolenz, 66, Peter Tork, 69, and Davy Jones, 65, had got together for the reunion.
A statement from Dolenz said: 'Management booked dates with venues without running them by the group so we had to cancel the remaining dates. It has nothing to do with any sort of substance abuse whatsoever.'
