Jennifer Lopez has thanked Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson for bestowing the title of Queen of Showbiz upon her.
The singer joined the wrestler-turned-actor on stage at the Golden Globes on Sunday (10Jan16) to present the Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Limited-Series, or TV Movie prize to Maura Tierney for her part in The Affair.
It appears the stars have grown close, as Dwayne recently paid Jennifer a massive compliment on Twitter. When user Balls.ie asked the question: "Dwayne @TheRock Johnson's 2016 Schedule Begs The Question, Is There A Harder Working Man In Showbiz?", the muscly star responded with: "Nope there is no man who rivals my work ethic in showbiz, buuuuuut (sic) @JLo gives me a run for my money. #Queen."
Now Jennifer has thanked her showbiz pal for the love, tweeting: "Awwww so sweet #cantstopwontstop #letsgetit #theRock (sic)"
Dwayne might seem like one of the toughest men in the industry but he's a real softie at heart. The action star and his long-time girlfriend Lauren Hashian welcomed their first child, daughter Jasmine, in December (15) and Dwayne immediately dropped everything to be at the birth.
"That was a great conversation... 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I'm on the set of (TV show) Ballers, I get a text from my girlfriend saying: 'We're inducing at 6, baby comes tonight,'" Dwayne recalled in an interview with Extra. "Three weeks early! I pull my director aside and say: 'Buddy, we're shutting it all down.' So for two weeks we shut Ballers down. But it's great, we're back to shooting now."
He added that he does his fair share of nappy changing because he's a "man and a half".
