Having just completed a sold out North American tour and currently in the studio with pop's main man of the moment Mark Ronson, The Rumble Strips have today confirmed they will join such heavyweights as Sam Sparro, Alphabeat, Steve Strange – plus loads more - at what's set to be the ultimate festive shindig, the first ever Wonky Christmas Party.
Taking place at London's Matter on December 12th, The Rumble Strips will perform new material from their yet to be released Spring 2009 album as well as their acclaimed 'Girls and Weather' 2007 debut album.
NME have referred to their music as "trumpet, sax and a whole lot of weirdness" and XFM has called them "sublime, life-affirming music" The Wonky Pop Xmas is lining up to be the event of the year!
