The Smiths have given fans the opportunity to look back at the highlights of their career with an 'infographic' that lets fans access the best bits of their time in the music world.
The band have redesigned their website to include an extremely detailed infographic of their career. In a rather clever piece of web design it encourages the user to scroll to scroll down after clicking begin. From there you head down through a timeline of the band's career spanning from 1982-1987 negotiating through career highlights, iconisc lyrics to singles such as 'This Charming Man.
What is particularly ingenius about the design is that includes Spotify embeds so each track is playable.
Rumours of a Smiths reunion still refuse to die with Johnny Marr urging fans to quit hoping for the band to reform. "Fans hope there will be some big happy ending. The fact is, there is a happy ending – I’m happy," Marr told NPR in 2013.
"It’s all cool. It’s slightly difficult when people assume that your life will be complete, or everybody’s life will be complete, if this band from 25 years ago reforms."
