Overview
You may remember that back in November of 2002, two people were shot backstage at a The Soundtrack Of Our Lives show at the House Of Blues in Los Angeles. After the incident the band was named in a lawsuit filed by those shot against the House of Blues. While the full details are still becoming available, news has come that the case has been resolved. The venue has settled with the two victims for a million dollars a piece, and T.S.O.L. was cleared of any blame in the incident. However the band's legal fees, $13,500, remain outstanding.
