The View have been forced to cancel their debut tour of America again, as the band battle ongoing visa issues.
Singer Kyle Falconer was convicted of cocaine possession in his home city of Dundee earlier this month, prompting fears that the band would not be able to play in America.
A string of February shows were pulled after the court case but were later rescheduled, with the Scottish indie newcomers due to play a show in Cambridge, MA. on April 30.
At the time of his trial, Falconer's lawyer told magistrates that a conviction could jeapordise the band's future. He was ultimately fined £1000.
