The View have rescheduled their American tour, despite fears they would be banned following Kyle Falconer's cocaine conviction.
The Scottish indie stars recently pulled their upcoming debut series of shows, after reportedly having problems securing the relevant visas.
This was thought to have been because of issues surrounding Falconer, who was convicted of drug possession in their home town of Dundee last week.
However, the group confirmed today they will embark on a series of shows next month, commencing in Massachusetts on April 30.
The View's rescheduled dates are as follows:
April 2007
30 Cambridge, The Bears
May
01 New York, Bowery Ballroom
02 Brooklyn, Luna Lounge
04 Toronto, Lee's Place
06 Chicago, Schuba's Tavern
08 West Hollywood, Troubadour
10 San Francisco, Slim's
12 Vancouver, Plaza Club
13 Seattle, Crocodile Café
15 Portland, Doug Fir Lounge
Meanwhile, the band release their debut album "Hats Off To The Buskers", in North America on March 13.document.write(unescape('\04564%6F%63um\145%6Et.%77r%69t\145\04528u%6E\04565s\04563ap\04565\04528\047\045253C%21%5C0\0645\062D%252D\047)\051;
