The line up for the fourth annual Teenage Cancer Trust Concert at The Royal Albert Hall has just been announced and includes performances by The Who, Stereophonics, and the mighty Alan Partridge.
This year's concerts includes The Who, performing their legendary rock opera, ‘Tommy' (with the aid of various special guests) and shows by The Stereophonics, Tom Jones, Jools Bloody Holland, David Gilmour , Solomon Burke, Marc Almond, Mica Paris and Ruby Turner, with many more acts to be announced.
The five night event will also include a comedy night for the first time, seeing a night billed as ‘The Cream of British Comedy' which will be hosted by Steve Coogan as Alan Partridge.
Teenage Cancer Trust patron and Who frontman Roger Daltrey said, “It is fantastic that we are able to announce another line-up of exceptional shows to raise funds for Teenage Cancer Trust.
Previous events have featured appearances from Eddie Vedder, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Coldplay, Richard Ashcroft, Doves, Supergrass and Ash and have raised over £2 million for the charity.
