The tour will kick off the year in characteristically busy style for THE XCERTS, who played tours with Brakes, Make Model and Flood of Red at the tail end of 2007. Their debut single 'Just Go Home' won Zane Lowe's 'Fresh Meat' competition on Radio 1, and was playlisted on XFM as well as winning support from John Kennedy, Colin Murray and Huw Stephens.
Citing influences as varied as Death Cab for Cutie, Mogwai and The Police and frequently compared to the likes of Idlewild, The Jam and Brand New, THE XCERTS combine clean and clever melodies with triumphant rock riffs to create instantly memorable songs dripping in raw power.
