Following two hit singles in the shape of 'Trampoline' (#3) and 'Children of the Sun' (#6), as well as his positively received new album 'Demonstration' debuting at #3, the return of the 2013 MOBO Award winner Tinie Tempah (Best UK Hip Hop/Grime Act) gathers pace with the release of his new single 'Lover Not A Fighter' on February 2nd on Parlophone.
Mixing Tinie's innate ability to blend pop-orientated hooks with compelling new ideas from the outskirts of hip-hop, 'Lover Not A Fighter' reunites him with Labrinth – a creative connection that has previously delivered smash hits such as 'Pass Out' and 'Frisky'.
Like 'Trampoline' and 'Children of the Sun' before it, the single is taken from the new album 'Demonstration' which sets a new benchmark for British hip-hop subtly informed with elements inspired from the other side of the Atlantic.
Having last played a major UK show as headliner at the iTunes Festival earlier this year, Tinie Tempah's star status is reiterated in his upcoming arena tour which commences in March and includes a gargantuan London show at The O2:
