Tinie Tempah was the model pupil while at school, it has emerged.
The UK rapper, real name Patrick Okogwu, attended St Paul’s Academy in Greenwich, London and was a firm favourite with teachers.
"He wanted to be involved on every level. Absolutely passionate about English," teacher Mary Wheeler said to The Sun.
It seems Tempah used his time at school as inspiration for his debut album ‘Disc-Overy'.
‘He has made lots of references to our school. The amount of times I have heard, 'Would you risk it for a chocolate biscuit,' is phenomenal," principal Patrick Winston said.
Meanwhile, Tinie Tempah is set to make waves in America with the help of rap mogul Jay-Z.
