Todd Rundgren reunited with Tom Robinson

Yesterday afternoon Todd Rundgren was reunited with Tom Robinson at BBC 6 Music, 25 years after Rundgren produced Tom's second album "T.R.B. Two."

Whilst on tour in the UK this week, Rundgren participated in an interview that will be aired on Tom's BBC 6 Music Radio show as a one hour special from 7:30-8:30pm on Monday August 9, 2004. Robinson, who now hosts his own popular nightly radio show on BBC 6 Music has been raving about Todd's send-up of hip-hop culture via the song "Soul Brother," which is taken from Rundgren's recent album "Liars."

Meanwhile, Tom Robinson fans will be happy to discover that EMI Records will release the entire Tom Robinson Band back catalogue as two digitally remastered special edition albums in September. Both albums will include bonus tracks of previously unreleased material and PDF files featuring original press cuttings.
