Tom Jones announces tour

Sir Tom Jones has announced details of a UK tour in October.

Sir Tom, who has teamed up with one the UK's most successful dance acts, Chicane, for a new single called Stoned In Love due on April 24, will kick-off the tour at the Brighton Centre on October 10.

Stoned In Love is the first new material from Jones since the release in November 2002 of his Mr Jones album which spawned the hit Tom Jones International.

The 65-year-old singer previously collaborated with German dance DJ-producer Mousse T on his 2000 hit Sexbomb.

Chicane, aka DJ-producer Nick Bracegirdle, has previously scored hits on collaborations with Bryan Adams on Don't Give Up, D:Ream's Peter Cunnah on Love On The Run and Clannad's Maire Brennan on Saltwater.
