Jones, 70, has been having number one singles, such as It's Not Unusual and Green, Green Grass of Home, for the past forty years and he said he has no plans on giving up music any time soon.
He said to UK newspaper The People: 'My health is good and my voice is still strong. Life has been good to me. Hopefully I'd like to hit 100 if I could. Time races so quickly but I certainly don't feel my age.'
Jones also said he is a fan of The X Factor.
He said: 'I'd like to be a judge. Talent shows are a good thing as long as the kids are treated properly. I only worry that they go in at the deep end when they are not ready for it.'
