Tori will be performing at the Royal Albert Hall with the Metropole Orchestra on October 3rd.
To tie in with the 20th anniversary of her groundbreaking debut Little Earthquakes, multi-million-selling singer-songwriter Tori Amos will release Gold Dust, an album re-imagining some of her most beloved songs, all newly arranged for piano and orchestra and recorded with the Metropole Orchestra and Jules Buckley.
Spanning the whole Amos song book from early classics like Winter, Silent All These Years and Precious Things, to the recent Flavor and Star of Wonder, Gold Dust is a celebration of Amos unique art of storytelling.
"Many of these songs were written out of having conversations with people at stage doors, standing somewhere having a cup of coffee, when someone comes up to you and tells you their story" explains Amos.
"And a lot of times I don't ever see them again. I guess in a way Gold Dust is about celebrating over 20 years of all the conversations that have happened which inspired many of these songs. And it's a collection of new recordings of where they are now and who they have become."
